What's Your Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with the finished product. Our books are handmade, so leather colours can vary. Given the high demand and limited numbers of our book print runs we are not in a position to refund the book unless it's damaged in transit.

When will I receive my book

We will endeavour to have your bespoke book with you within 14 days of placing your order

How much does shippping cost

Shipping is included in the cost of the book.

What should I do if I've missed my book delivery

If you have not received your book from us or missed the delivery, please first check for a calling card from the postal service. If you have one, please contact your local depot to arrange for another delivery. If you do not have a calling card, you can contact us at sales@thecorvedalepress.co.uk for a parcel tracking reference.


This is a present, can I have the book gift wrapped?

Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service at an have additional cost. We will select one of our quality papers to wrap the book, and can add a blank card too. If you would like to add a personal message in the card please notify us in the message box at the checkout or contact us at sales@thecorvedalepress.co.uk .

What if I want a specific letter or number?

You can add a requirement for a specific letter (A-Z) in the notes on the checkout page. Or if you think of it afterwards please email us at sales@thecorvedalepress.co.uk and we'll do our best to meet your requirement. We can't guarantee the letter you request as it may already have been sold. In which case we will notify you.
